Run Auto Device Test
By default, ClassDo's built-in Device Checker will automatically be launched every time you click Enter Room. It tests your browser, webcam, microphone and speaker to see if they are working properly, before you start your live virtual collaboration.

Browser Test
If you are using either Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari browser and your browser is up to date, this test will take just a few seconds and you will automatically move on to the next test.

Webcam Test
If you fail the browser test, make sure to use a supported browser or update your browser version.

Join the Room
ClassDo may ask to use your camera. Click Allow to use ClassDo. If you have blocked it, follow these steps to re-enable your camera.
You should be able to see yourself in the screen if your camera is working properly,
Change your camera
The current camera being used is shown under Camera. Click the drop-down arrow to change to another camera.
Select the camera you want to use from the drop-down list of available cameras.

ClassDo may ask to use your microphone. Click Allow to use ClassDo. If you have blocked it, follow these steps to re-enable your camera.
Try speaking into the microphone and check if the blue bars appear and move. The number of blue bars represents the volume of the microphone. If the blue bars do not appear, you could be speaking too softly or your microphone is not working.
Change your microphone
The current microphone being used is shown under Microphone. Click the drop-down arrow to change to another microphone (e.g. .
Select the microphone you want to use from the drop-down list of available microphones.
Still cannot see any blue bars when you speak into the microphone?
Click Test speaker. You should be able to hear music playing. If you cannot hear anything, try turning up the volume or ensuring your earpiece is properly connected.
Click Stop music to end the speaker test.
After completing the device test, click Join room to start the live session!
