I cannot enter room as virtual room is unavailable


When I try to enter room under Work with Others, I cannot enter because it says "Virtual room is unavailable" or "You have no more usage credits left". 

Did Not Set Up Payment Method / No Balance

If you see any of these screens, your organisation has either not registered a payment method or has not topped up their balance. If you are a regular user/ staff, please contact your organisation owner/ admin about this. 

It is recommended that you set up auto top-up so that your balance does not run out. Costs of live collaboration mode vary according to your time usage and the number of users in the room.
