See Your Students' Screens
As an online educator, how do you ensure that students are doing their assigned work or looking at the lesson materials in the virtual room during the lesson, instead of using their devices for other purposes like surfing the web? With ClassDo, you can keep track of what is on your students' screens by getting them to screen share their entire screen during the lesson!

Ensure that Entire Screen is Shared
Your students can follow the instructions here to switch on screen share. They should choose the type of content to be shared as Your Entire Screen (Option 1).
To streamline the process, we advise that they read the instructions before the lesson.
After you have approved of their screen share and their shared screen is displayed on a new content ta inside the virtual room, you can get them to perform a quick test to ascertain that they have selected the correct option share their entire screen. Ask your students to open a new browser tab and visit any website on that browser tab, or open another application on their devices.
As with the example above, if your students have chosen the correct option, you (the teacher) should be able to see another website, an opened external app or the desktop background on their virtual room screen shares.
If you cannot see anything other than their internet browser or a single application window (e.g. they have opened Word document, but you cannot see anything but the Word document), they may have chosen the Chrome Tab or Application WIndow option, which will not let you see everything going on their screens.
Ask them to end their screen share and restart with the correct option.
View Your Students' Screens

The student's screen share video is on the right side of their videochat screens. You can open the screen share as a tab to have a clearer view of what your student is working on at any time.
