Upload and Watch YouTube Videos in the Room (Desktop)

Web YouTube is a convenient and hassle-free way of watching YouTube videos from within the classroom. Once shared, the video is stored in the room and plays in sync across all members' devices.
If you want to watch videos that are not on YouTube, try screen sharing instead.

Add a YouTube Video

Enter YouTube URL
Click on the new tab icon under the Content tab
Click YouTube.
Copy the link of the YouTube video that you wish to insert, then paste the link in this blank.
Lastly, click Save.

Play the Video
Click the Play button to begin. The YouTube video will play and pause in sync across all members' devices.
If someone else has begun playing the video, you must click the unmute button on the video to hear the audio as well.
