Share What You See/Write/Draw/Make in Real Life with Visualiser

This article is for organisation owners, admins, or members with admin permissions e.g. tutors. If you are a general user of ClassDo, please refer to this article.

Share with other room members in the virtual room what you are looking at in real life or writing/drawing on paper with ClassDo's unique mobile visualiser.

Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure you are accessing ClassDo on your desktop or tablet as you will need to use your mobile phone (or a second tablet) to scan the QR code generated. Please also check that your tablet/mobile devices meet the minimum technical requirements for ClassDo.

Within the virtual room, all room members can use the visualiser at the same time, regardless of their roles in the organisation. However, as a room owner/host/admin, you will need to approve the request of those room members who do not have the permission to start visualiser without host approval, before they can share their visualiser screen with everyone.

To begin, you need to be in the Virtual Room. If you are not, refer to this article to enter a room. The associated controls are at the top right of the screen.

Approve Visualiser Requests

Other room members need approval to start sharing their visualiser if they are not room hosts and do not have the permission to start visualiser without host approval.

After a room member turns on his visualiser, a request will pop up on your screen. Click Approve to allow the room member's visualiser screen to be shared in the room. Otherwise, click Reject to cancel the request.
